Since setting up our business in 2007 we have been busy putting together a unique collections of cards.
The desire to publish cards was irresistible following the discovery of Karine Daisay’s work and talent. A French illustrator working in Paris, she has developed a unique style combining collage and painting. The sophistication of her work and her immense creativity are the essence of the cards we have published.
We believe that beautiful cards should also mean “green” cards. It is important to us that we make every possible effort to preserve the environment. Avenir Images is only a small business but one that wants to do things the right way and one that believes the green way is the way forward.
How green are we now ?
Obviously, we are always striving to improve our track record, taking one step at a time. The following claims apply to our most recent collections (thank you packs, Christmas packs, Just a note to say… packs and still lives packs):
- our suppliers are all based in the UK, where our cards are printed
- our envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper
- our bags are fully compostable
- our cards are made using FSC approved board
